Order & Shipping
How much are the shipping costs?
Germany: Shipping costs are €4.90 for orders up to 1 kg. €5.50 for natural stones. Shipping is free for orders over €85.
EU: Shipping costs abroad range from €9.90 to €15. Shipping is free for orders over €150.
Which countries do you ship to? We currently ship to most EU countries, including Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and more.
Which delivery service do you use? All orders are shipped via DHL or Deutsche Post AG.
Can I track the current location of my order? You'll receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider. You can then use this number to track the exact location of your package.
Returns & Returns
An item arrived damaged. What can I do? In this case, please email us directly at shop@jeskedesign.de. We're here to help and will work with you to find a solution.
How do I cancel or return my order? If we haven't yet processed your order, we're happy to arrange for a cancellation. For personalized products that are currently being processed, it's no longer possible to cancel your order. Please understand that these products were made especially for you according to your specifications.
For all other products, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery .

Please send us a short email to shop@jeskedesign.de and inform us about the return.
Please include a completed and signed objection form in your order and ensure that your parcel is sufficiently stamped.
Please keep the receipt for your return so you have proof in case the return does not reach us.
About Jeske Design - our products and mission
We believe that giving gifts can be environmentally friendly, and that nature gives us so much more than just good weather. We'd like to contribute to this and focus our creativity on natural resources. We package our products primarily with recycled packaging materials, some of the engraving is done using solar energy we generate ourselves, and we also use retail boxes as shipping materials, for example, for the stones.
